1st Annual PW Swim
Date: August 9th, 2025
Location: 34th street in Newport Beach Time: 10am-2pm Registration required
Info: Join us in honoring Patrick’s life and raising awareness and support for NUT Carcinoma by swimming or walking from 34th street to the Newport Pier and back.
Options:
- Swim (fins recommended for non-swimmers) or paddle
- Walk (if you cannot complete in time limit)
Registration: Check in is mandatory at the beach. Please sign up online ___$ amount to register. Registration includes a cap and shirt. This amount is the minimum to be donated to the foundation, feel free to add amount on top.
Safety
The Ben Carlson Foundation is volunteering to make sure that those who enter the ocean to participate in our swim follow safety guidelines and prevent anything from happening.
Rules
Please prepare for the swim. The ocean is an unpredictable environment. If you cannot complete the swim in an hour and a half, we request that you participate in the event by walking on the beach
